At area of the Armed forces Academy of General M.R. Stefanik was held Initial planning conference, which main goal was preparation of the Military police Multinational exercise "Black Bear 2011". This exercise is part of the NATO Multinational military police project (NATO MNMPBAT). Exercise "Black Bear 2011" will take place 12.- 20.9. 2011 at the area of MTA Lest with presence of Military Policies of NATO MNMPBAT all participating countries.

 
Planning conference was attended by members of the Military Police of the Czech Republic, Croatia, Poland and Slovakia. The set up of the exercise was supported also by members of the Air Force of the Armed Forces of the Slovak republic, Cartographic Institute of the General staff of the Armed forces of the Slovak republic and the Police of the Ministry of Interior of the Slovak republic. The milestones of the Initial planning conference were successfully accomplished.
